Now the curtain has gone down on the Winter Olympics you might be starting to miss winter sports. If you thought the fun was over however you couldn't be more wrong, for just as the official olympics were ending, another event was beginning. The Nude Winter Olympics, like their clothed equivalent, feature all the sports you know and love but with the added benefit of being contested entirely in the nude (apart from skis and such, obviously.)
Frostbite is not a concern as these games are open only to experienced nudists who have proven themselves sturdy enough to endure the cold.
Standards are mixed. Though there are many areas where the nude outperform the clothed there do exist sports that are simply not popular among naturists. Team speed skating is frowned upon due to the necessity of hurling team mates forward via a push of the buttocks. The speed skaters our community does produce are thus a rather limited bunch and frankly rather strange.
It is a very different story with our snowboarders. Dare I say it, the sight of a naturist performing a 1080 frontwards flip is something to behold.
The exact location of our games is a closely guarded secret - we like to compete free from gawpers and the mockery of long-lensed photographers. However I'm not giving too much away to say that this years event in tucked away somewhere in Siberia. The wind here is rather cold, testing our endurance to the limit. We're a tough bunch though, that's how we like it!
